KDAS Hydraulic Piston Seals

KDAS compact piston seal is a five-element double-acting piston seal set consisting of one specially shaped NBR rubber sealing ring, two split support rings made of thermoplastic material and two POM  guide rings. KDAS is a compression type seal with excellent sealing properties, suitable for operation under pressure on both sides of the seal, as well as for rapid sealing action. The active piston is not pressed into the radial sealing gap during the sealing process and thus prevents the sealing element from twisting.

Pressure: ≤ 250 bar

Speed: ≤ 0.5 m/s

Temperature: -30°C ~ +100°C

Operating medium: mineral-based hydraulic oils
