Heavy duty rod seal A152 60x75x12 PU+POM+NBR
A152 U-ring rod seal has symmetrical lips, an energising O-ring and a POM extrusion ring. It is designed to be used for heavy duty hydraulic cylinders in rod applications. It offers exceptionally high performance in working conditions where high pressure and shock loads are present, provides lower friction, dry rod sealing and increased seal stability of the twin lip design.
A152 can be used safely for construction machinery, moving and loading platforms, forklifts, agricultural machinery, injection moulding equipment, mining and steel industry, and any heavy working condition cylnders, etc.
Its is recommended to be used in combination with minimum one guiding element such as A251, A254, A255, A256, depending on the working conditions.

Piston nutring A102 70x60x10 PU92 to 400 bar
A102 single acting piston nutrings by ALP are designed with shorter outer sealing lip and intended only to be used in piston application of standard cylinders.
They are manufactured with 90 Shore NBR or 92 Shore PU compound as a standard.
A102 piston nutrings offer easy assembly even into closed housings, very economic sealing solution, simple groove design and superior dynamic and static sealing effect to the system.
This type of seals can be used safely in construction machinery, moving platforms, forklifts, agricultural machinery, as well as any other standard cylinders.
It is recommended to use A102 with at least one ALP guiding element, such as A251, A254, A255 or A256, depending on the working conditions.
