- At our site in Schmalkalden we produce high-tech cutting tools of our product brands MWS and MTV for use in agriculture, forestry and municipal industries as well as in the tyre and recycling industry.
- Our mechanical equipment includes milling and grinding machines to produce blades with a length up to 6 meters.
- We perform a wide range of coating processes inhouse and reach layer thicknesses of 0,2 to 10 mm; on automated lines, we provide coatings for parts up to 6000 mm.
- Our products gain considerable longer endurances due to the welding of wear-resistant hard coatings.
- Heat treatments in our own hardening shop enable us to quickly and flexibly adapt to any changes in the manufacturing process.
