WP6 wiper seals

WP6 type wipers are designed for larger diameter rods in hydraulic cylinders operating at medium loads. They have a stable sealing edge that effectively prevents the accumulation of external contaminants /moisture, dust, sand, mud, etc./ on the rod, their subsequent entry into the system and causing damage to the internal components of the cylinder. It is manufactured as standard from NBR80 or FPM85., and is available in a wide range of sizes. WP6 type wiper is effective, easy to install, has a simple design, good wear resistance and long service life. It must be used together with a suitable rod seal. It is used in excavation, agricultural machinery, loading equipment, mobile platforms, telescopic cylinders and all types of standard cylinders.

Applications:

Working temperature: -30℃～+100℃ for NBR

-20℃～+220℃ for FPM

Surface speed: ≤2m/s

Media: ordinary petroleum-based hydraulic oil, water-glycol hydraulic oil, oil-water emulsion hydraulic oil, water, air.

Installation: To avoid damage to the sealing lip, precautions should be taken to avoid sharp edges during installation.

Material: NBR 80 Shore or FPM 85 Shore
