TPM/E Hydraulic Piston Seals

TPM/E is a five-piece piston seal for hydraulic cylinders. The middle part is a nitrile rubber energizer with one lip profile, followed by two polyester support rings and two polyacetal guide rings. This unique combination creates very low friction in high-pressure working environments.

TPM/E is easy to install, has high wear resistance, high extrusion resistance, and low deformation rate. It is most common in ISO dimensions.

Pressure: ≤350 bar
Operating temperature: -35°C to +110°C
Surface velocity: 0.5 m/s
Media: mineral-based hydraulic oils, emulsions
