Product Description
Type BA is the result of the progressive development of a lip seal. It combines the advantages of highly elastic O-rings and wear resistance of lip seal materials. This special seal is mainly used in mobile equipment due to its special structure (fitted with O-rings). This O-ring guarantees the amount of preload of the sealing lip under low pressure or vacuum conditions, which is necessary for sealing performance. The sealing force is essentially independent of temperature changes, and the necessary amount of preload is guaranteed even if a certain degree of wear occurs. The lip is loaded by an increase in system pressure, which is transmitted to the lip through the compressively deformed O-ring.
